Guest guest
hey! i got my workout done this morning, as promised, and i am SO glad that i did! i feel so much better i started with a 53 minute walk with chinook. it was sunny and not as cold as i thought it was going to be. i really enjoyed the music today and did some intervals of power walking. after that i did taebo:basic live:volume 12 (BL12) which struck me as being one of the harder basic live workouts. billy relies on a 'watch me' method of cueing, the # of reps/sets dont match on both sides and an exercise or two are skipped on one side.... but, the music is fabulous, billy and his energy are irresistible and the workout is fun, enjoyable and challenging. (30 mins) after that i did an oldie but a goodie: reebok versa stretch with kathy stevens. one of the few stretch sessions that have an actual warmup. (20 mins - it is 30 mins long but i skipped the last part). tomorrow i want to walk, then do a couple of short taebo:amped workouts. :*carolyn. Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, So glad that you're feeling better and that you and Chinook had nice weather for a walk, too! Love hearing about the TB workouts. I need to schedule some in again soon!
