morning all, last night before bed did quickfix total mix yoga from my best workouts ever yoga compilation dvd. 10 min of slowly building up a sun salutation. them slow motions helped with some loosening. this morning went with 30 min morning quickie from yoga for urban living. this one starts with some stretching poses and moves into about 15 min of sun salutions with lots of focus on breath. a nice wake you up practice. off for the morning routinehave a great daykassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for
