Wednesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Pyramid Lower Body. I really felt this workout this time. I always use dumb bells for the first two exercises and then switch to the bar bell for the rest.

Leg Presses DB- 10/12/15/12/10Static Lunges DB- 12/15/20/15/12Squats/Plie Squats BB- 30/35/40/35/30Deadlifts BB- 30/35/40/35/30Calf Raises (3 sets of 12)

Stability Ball Floorwork

The floor work hurt me the worst for some reason. I didn't make it through all the frog exercise, those hurt SO bad. My legs were shaking when I finished.

Tomorrow is Imax 3 so it will be saved for evening unfortunately.
