It could be viral - we've all had cold lingering symptoms .. and salt is a good idea - he has recently discovered the salt shaker ... Someone else also suggested it could be inflamation - he had a bad reaction to candex a day or two earlier. He's still puffy now - maybe not as bad though. It's as if he looks fatter and bigger in the face - so maybe quite difuse though he looks a bit wider at the temples so maybe it is concentrated nearer his eyes.
