Chin ups!!!

I just had to post to share my excitement! I've begun the Turbulence

Training Original Workout (after doing the Beginner and

Intermediate), and last week skipped the Chin Ups ... thinking

they're for... r e a l ...bodybuilders. Well today I had one of the

fitness instructors show me how to do a chin up, we set the weight to

20/160 (how do you call that?), and I did 3 sets of 8!!!!!!!!!

challenging, but VERY inspiring!!!

I can't believe I seem to LIKE Turbulence Training. It's never TOO

long, or TOO hard or unbearable. Maybe one exercise in each 4-week

set I don't like, perhaps a bit too many lunges and squats, but I'm

even getting stronger with them and not quite minding them as much,

going deeper, etc.
