Jen,

I'd watch those inclines with your knee issues. One of the main limitations doctors give me for clients with knee issues is to avoid incline walking. I know personally with my knee issue I can't do an incline on the treadmill for more then one workout or I'm having to ice mine. You're doing so great with your workouts that I'd hate for you to be sidelined with a sore knee.

Jen's exercise for Tuesday 1/15/08

I walked on my treadmill for 30 mins - 2002 Self Challenge Month 1 Week 3 Workout 2 (Incline) and I raised the incline on my treadmill up to a 3, last time I did this workout I had it at a 2.

I played competitive co-ed volleyball tonight for 1 hour! I play with 4 guys (I'm the only woman on the team - most of the time anyway) and they can't pass the ball so imagine little 5'0" Jen running after the ball to set them! LOL Anyway, I sweat A LOT and we won 2 of 3 games!

When I got home from volleyball I did Beach Body's Slim in 6's "Ramp It Up" for 45.93 mins.

After that crazy me walked on my treadmill AGAIN for another 30 mins but this time I alternated 5 mins of walking with 10 reps of a 3 lb weight. My total workout time (including 10 reps every 5 mins) was 32.42 mins.
