I am finding that Kundalini yoga is helping my back TREMENDOUSLY. Would you believe that my back hasn't hurt in 3 days!!!??? I'm also doing T-Tapps primary back stretch at least twice a day - it only takes 5 minutes,tops, so it is easy to do. I also think I'm breaking down and getting more Ravi/Ana's. I'm hopeless.
