Guest guest Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Jen's exercise for Tuesday 1/15/08 I walked on my treadmill for 30 mins - 2002 Self Challenge Month 1 Week 3 Workout 2 (Incline) and I raised the incline on my treadmill up to a 3, last time I did this workout I had it at a 2. I played competitive co-ed volleyball tonight for 1 hour! I play with 4 guys (I'm the only woman on the team - most of the time anyway) and they can't pass the ball so imagine little 5'0" Jen running after the ball to set them! LOL Anyway, I sweat A LOT and we won 2 of 3 games! When I got home from volleyball I did Beach Body's Slim in 6's "Ramp It Up" for 45.93 mins. After that crazy me walked on my treadmill AGAIN for another 30 mins but this time I alternated 5 mins of walking with 10 reps of a 3 lb weight.
