I use the AC Grace Vitamin E. It seems to be a very good product.

If you give a lot of CLO you should supp E as well. If your child

has fat absorption problems, this can lead to an E deficiency.

Sadly, lots of our kids have this issue to some degree.

For C, we now use plain ascorbic acid to increase stomach acid. Low

stomach acid is an issue for my son (and for dh). It became a

problem for me to after I fasted, which made me think it is a bit of

a vicious circle for our kids--eat very little, lose stomach acid,

eat even less because it makes you feel bad. Lots of different kinds

of good C, either plain ascorbic or buffered, but some kids have

trouble with the source (often corn) and you should be sure to avoid

fillers if you're getting a new one.

I prefer CLO to fish oil for now, as you're getting the A and D as

well, but if you're really targetting DHA or EPA you may want to use

fish oil as well. There is osme bit of info on this in the

supplement file.
