Workouts past week

Well, my work has been nuts so checking in has been difficult. I was having lots of issues with sore knees, ankles and shoulders so I decided to cut back on the weight intensive workouts to just 2 a week - basically doing Ripped or Firm Tortise. The rest of my workouts have been T-Tapp which seems to be helping.
