Guest guest
Of course! Anything that doesnt have caffeine in it (which takes water out of your body) actually 'counts'. Note calories and sugars of course as that interfers ;-) Think of it, the human body is something outrageous like 80% water, so drinking water really does help it in so many ways. If you dont happen to have the greatest tasting water where you are (and it varys alot depending one where one lives) get a filter for your tap or one of those pitcher filters to avoid buying water. They really work well. We have a Stage 3 Brita filter on our main kitchen tap and it takes out everything from bacteria to lead. I used to do the Crystal Light (dint like the 'taste' of water " and using these filters plus weaning back on adding anything to it was a realhydration break thru ya might say! :-) joni > > Does Crystal Light count as drinking water? >
