Guest guest Posted February 18, 2008 Report Share Posted February 18, 2008 I wish there was a magic secret but if I had one it would be, " eat less, exercise more " . I've been losing around 2 lbs a week max, sometimes I don't lose at all and stay steady for the week. I've been eating cleaner and not snacking as much. Since I quite drinking alcohol I've been drinking lots of herbal tea, which is refreshing and helps with sugar cravings. I've also been waiting til I'm hungry to eat instead of just eating out of boredom, but I have radishes and fruit nearby if I really need to nosh on something. 7 more lbs til my next goal point. If I can get back 170 I'll be where I left off a few years ago, and anything after that will be a true loss. I'm guessing I'll get there in around 2 months.
