I liked the basic step workout of Cathe's that I did too, not sure if it's the same one you did or not. I have noticed with some of her cardio workouts/segments that she cues late or as you're doing the move, which in strength is sort of forgivable but it isn't for cardio, esp. if you're a klutz with the step like me! I think you would really like the Carribean Workout I did today -basic moves, well cued, there's just annoying commercial breaks throughout that are kind of annoying ( Mac sp? had this as a tv show I think in Canada) I have both Tamilee's tight on time dvd's and they are virgins still, so it was nice to read your review!
