I had been " stuck " for several weeks at the same weight. I am a daily

weigher (yes, I know...), and the scales haven't budged for over a

month. This week, *miraculously*, I got on the scales Thursday or

Friday and was down another 3 pounds and it appears to be " sticking "

:)

I bought new pair of jeans yesterday and I had to buy the next size

down. Even those are on the comfortable to loose side. Woot!

Once again, this 12 week challenge will probably turn into an 11 week

one. I am traveling to visit my aunt & dad on the 14th, plus, my

birthday is on the 21st. I'll attempt to stay " with the plan " the week

I'm traveling, but in reality I know the auntie and I will be

indulging in treats and I'll be getting very little exercise. So... a

week off and I'll be back to another 12 (or 11?) weeks on :) I will

try very hard not to gain back the 5 lbs I've lost this challenge ;)

Eating " regular " meals will be one of the big problems (maybe it's

time for ESE? ;)

I am down 11 pounds since January 2. Woo hoo! Something I've never

been able to do before, and this at age 45 (and peri-menopausal).
