I can do plough but I can't hold it for very long because my fat GUT is in the way. I can't wait til I lose more weight so I can hold plough longer and reap more benefits from the inversion! Shoulder stand is easier for me than plough. I cannot do a headstand, but I liked how Rodney does that strength building exercise so that you can build up to it!
