Hi!

Good job - I like that modification to shoulder

stand/plough. It was one I used often. I did forget

to mention that when I did Yoga Beauty Body the other

day I was actually able to get pretty close to plough

(I still can't do shoulder stand, though). But I'm

getting better....I was much closer when I did yoga

more frequently.
