Guest guest Posted January 18, 2008 Report Share Posted January 18, 2008 Just got in from the Y, after my first week's weigh-in for the BL contest. I'VE LOST 4 POUNDS!!! My partner hasn't weighed in yet, so I don't know how she's done, but I couldn't be happier right now! Of course, a lot of that is probably water weight since I've been super-strict about staying below 2400 milligrams of sodium per day, and been trying to drink a lot of water, so next week I'm sure I'll be closer to a more sane 1 or 2 lbs... but daaaang! LOL, never expected this! Oh, and yesterday, when I put on a pair of heels, it dawned on me that I'm actually getting those pretty " upside down hearts " calf muscles and a good line of definition along the sides of my lower calf muscle, as well.
