no what we see is just the facts..LOL

see the one hour we see is a weeks worth of work outs. Thats why it looks

grueling. It is a daily workout. but they have free time. Meal time. etc. If you

go to TBL on the net you will see alot of great tips and etc. Yes some have

relapsed but look at the majority that haven't.

I love that show. and Celebrity Fit( I don't know what actual channel its on-

I see it on our channel that shows the daily tv schedule.so anyone know what the

real channel is?

and National Body Challenge that is on Discovery

I get the impression it¹s four or five hours. In googling around I found

this:

The Biggest Loser Pete shared more secrets of the reality show¹s

exercise regimen in an interview with the 700 club. Pete revealed they were

not allowed a television or phone on the ranch and had no contact with their

families. Every day participants completed a four hour intense workout,

especially cruel for how out-of-shape the contestants all were.

Pete says about the fitness routine, ³Well, first thing in the morning, we

were required to do an hour of intense cardio, so we had to keep our heart

rate above a certain number of beats per minute. And in the afternoon,

Jillian would come in, and she¹d work us out an hour doing the resistance

training and another hour doing the cardio. Then in the evening, we¹d do

another hour of cardio. In between, all you had time to do was get something

to eat and rest because you were sore all the time.²

I knew they had ³homework². I imagine the morning cardio and evening cardio

are not supervised which is where the show is made or lost...that and the

temptations.
