I only got ONE of those in this week (I'm not counting Slim & Limber, just RIU) you at least. You've done very well imo!I think there's a difference between vidiots and those that are out of shape and find just one miracle program the first time around and go for it. Those people aren't distracted by the hundreds of other workouts out there, they are excited by the program and since they are less experienced they are happy doing the same thing or type of things for awhile and don't get bored as quickly. They see results and stick to it. Vidiots love to work out and can't wait to see what's new, try new things, and we have lots of workouts we haven't done yet. I'm probably over generalizing, but that's how I see it.As for me, I just want to say I've done all the SS workouts at least twice. I did Ramp it Up once and I think Burn It Up is more my pace and I'd like to do that at least 3 more times..gotta get up and get ready for class. Later!
