Guest guest
Hi, Since I'm really not " mentally " into anything right now - I'm thinking that that way I'm going to finish p90x is to allow myself to let it take more time - so, I'm not going to force a 6 day a week schedule if I don't feel like it. I'm sure alot of it is the winter blues which always hit after the rush of the holidays and the realization that spring is still a long way off. Anyway, with that in mind, I didn't feel like doing my workout this morning and probably will not have time to do it later today. So I'm just going to do todays workout tomorrow (if a miracle doesn't occur to allow me to exercise this afternoon - I highly doubt it will - DD doesn't nap anymore and DH is sick and camped out in front of the TV with soup and hot liquids) and just follow the rotation workout by workout rather than week by week. I'll finish, it will just take longer, but I'm okay with it. I also know that my schedule is going to get messed up over MLK weekend when DH's buddies are coming to visit and I will miss at least one workout session, maybe two, so this approach releases me from my type A compulsion to do it by the book. I didn't get yoga in last night - I actually was very tired and just went to bed early. I haven't been sleeping very well - both DH and DD are up coughing quite a bit and that has been waking me up. If time and motivation allow I may get some yoga in tonight. Otherwise, my plan for tomorrow is a short (30 min or so, max) cardio workout - thinking of trying one of the Star Trainer workouts " on demand " ), Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, and perhaps a quick ab section. Take care everyone! Donna ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo!
