Guest guest Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 Hi, Well, I've got some major DOMS going on from PUB yesterday. I guess it has been a while since I've done that workout. My chest and biceps are especially feeling it. With that being said, those muscles couldn't really handle any type of sun salutations so I went with something that had none at all. I did workout #3 from Quick Fix Power Yoga. This is the ab routine. Then I did Body Max abs and stretch. I haven't done BM abs in forever. Its a nice straight forward routine.
