I lost 15 lbs and was totally motivated back in the Fall...barely missing any workouts (at 5am) the entire 12 weeks...eating very well....but now....I'm eating like a glutton, have no desire to get up early and workout and am totally unmotivated to do what it takes to be successful - including getting to bed at a decent hour!!!
