Now clearly this " healthy " eater isn't following Body for Life nutrition, but this person's menu is a GREAT example of how quickly calories can get out of control even if you think that you're making smart choices and doing everything right. Here's someone who has ditched all of the junk food, started exercising, started eating six times a day - and they're right on track to gain another pound of fat every two weeks!
