You will notice some of these measurements went up.

That is because I messed around and ate poorly for a few weeks. My plan was

to do the cruise and get back on the challange the week I got back. I never

took the next set of measurements. I finally decided that that was enough

and got back on the food wagon. I didn't do too much damage, but I decided

to go ahead and not start my challenge over because messing up is a part of

life and this way I can finish C-2 and still have time for C-3 this year.

I'm going to force myself to actually submit C-3 to Body for Life program.

(I'm mean to me aren't I).

Also, after years of on and off again BFL I have enough pictures of me in a

bathing suit. So I got the bright idea that I would wear the same t-shirt

and Capri's for this go round. I'm going to keep the t and Capri's because

this time next year they are going to be swimming on me. And man I wish I'd

have kept one pair of my really fat pants to motivate me. (40-44 pounds in

the last three years) Pic in gallery under

So without further Ado: The first set of measurements are from the end of

the last challenge, end of June. I took about a month off for a cruise and a

wedding that I was cooking for/planning. (Pictures under Never Gonna Quit in

the gallery)

Neck: 13.25, 13.25

UB 35, 36

Bust 41.5, 42

arms 14.25, 13.5,/ 14, 13.5

waist 33.5, 34

hip 42, 42.5

thighs 23, 22.75, /23, 22.5

calves, 15, 15,/ 15.25, 15

weight 196, 200

Body fat 37.99, 39.1

Interesting that extremities went down, I'm thinking water weight from PMS

was involved here, as well as a lack of dieting vigilance. I'm excited to

see the great changes in the next four weeks.

Don't give up on yourself. After all, it's never too late to be that healthy

person you might have been.
