Guest guest Posted November 4, 2008 Report Share Posted November 4, 2008 hiya! today i did les mills body combat 34. man, i am always so impressed with the combat instructors. i especially like the ease with which they do jump kicks. around 54 mins long, includes 10 tracks (including one for pushups and another for abs). lots of jinga, lots of kicks, lots of punching combos. loved it!! then i walked chinook and stretched for 63 mins. total of 607 cal burn for today. fab workout but the danged mini mars bars got to me this afternoon... ugh! ive decided to drink my pro shake w/fruit in the morning at 8am, eat an apple between my les mills workout and my walk at 10am, then eat turkey on whole wheat with veggies for lunch at noon. im not sure yet what to plan for an afternoon and evening snack yet -- those are really important times when i want to binge on unhealthy food. :*carolyn.
