Guest guest Posted January 12, 2008 Report Share Posted January 12, 2008 nancy, i hope she varies the workouts because i don't want to get bored. but at this point i will take what i can get since i'm stuck with my current situation with dd. getting up and moving is helping improve my mood even going twice this week i have felt better. need a break from motherhood!! the short quiet ride in the car is even enjoyable! after i buy a membership i will be asking all kinds of questions about form and where i'm supposed to feel it...i want to get the most out of my workouts and instructors love to talk about that kind of stuff (i know i like it myself and if i want to become a trainer that is very important to know). so i'm considering myself a student!! stacey > > > > Ahem!
