This morning, I decided to do a longer workout. I did the 80 minute push/pull (total body). I feel nice and worked, especially my lower body. I kind of feel even with doing two extra sets my upper body got slighted a bit.. By the time I shut my HRM off, it was an hour and 27 minutes. I burned 643 calories (which I was surprised at), with my average being 115.

It's snow day here. DH is home and so is Sawyer.... I'm thinking about making x-mas cookies...but UGH.. that sounds like such a mess and so much work!Enjoy your Tuesdays everyone!Darcy
