Yesterday, I was supposed to have trained, but she cancelled. Well, my sitter (step-daughter) came up anyway because I couldn't get a hold of her. I took advantage of that and got a ncie workout in while she watched the boys. I did Jari's Slim & Lean. I've been doing these workouts quite a bit lately, and like I said, I like them the more I do them. I felt pretty good and worked when it was over. Afterwards, I then went out to my gym and did the first workout on Step Sweatfest which clocks in around 30 minutes. But, I did it on my bosu, to make it extra-challenging. It was another great workout.

I wore both of my heart rate monitors for the heck of it to compare the calorie burn. I have an F6 and an F11. Well, to my shock, they were only 1 calorie different from one another! I burned 377 calories, 40% fat, max of 177 and average of 145 for the workout. I was impressed with the burn considering it was a 30 minute workout... (actually, it was about at 35 minutes by the time I shut it off)

For the Jari workeout, I burned 401 calories, 55% fat, max of 153 and average of 113. I only wore one watch for that workout, I never thought to try to wear both of them.It was our town's mini fair yesterday, and I ate a PILE of food at my MIL's, so it's a good thing I got an awesome 90 minute workout in. I'm determined to get one in today too, however I have no idea when it will be, it might be this evening, and it might be a minor one. I'm spending most of the day at my mother's today after the boys get done with Sunday School.
