Hi All, I figured since I already have them done, I'd post my plans for 2009 in case anyone is looking for ideas or would like to join me at any time! So, here's the plan - allowing flexibility for injury, illness, roofing (lol!), etc! January 5-30 Traditional body part splits, 3 days a week Using exercises I have in my fitness software Feb 2-13 Max OT (strength training) – http://ast-ss.com/maxot.php Feb 16-20 Sansone (light week) Feb 23-27 Core Secrets March – FIRM Week 1 – classics Week 2 – parts + Tortoise & Hare with Tracie Week 3 – BSS3 Week 4 – BSS4 March 29- April 3 Kathy (maybe ? - light week) April 6-17 Jari Love April 20-24 Voight April 27-May 1 Body By Jake (maybe – also considering Tamilee here) May 4-29 Traditional body part splits, 3 days a week Using plans from Muscle & Fitness Training System DVDs June 1 – July 31 – Misc months These months are very flexible to allow for new acquisitions, vacation, goal changes, etc Theme weeks I'm thinking of as of this writing include: 10 Minute Solution Quick Fix Cory Everson Prevention Petra Kolber Minna Lessig Tracey Staehle Mindy Mylrea Tamilee Webb Abs Diet August 3-28 – FIRM Rotation TBD from FIRMs I have not used yet August 31- Sept 18 Jari Love Sept 21-25 Biggest Loser Sept 28 – October 2 Tracie Long Training October 5 – 30 2 weeks Amy Bento 2 weeks Cathe Friedrich November 2-27 Traditional body part splits, 3 days a week Program TBD (from books, magazines, software, etc) December – Misc month Open for workouts not yet done, new stuff I'd like to try, etc So, there you have it! Your list is very comprehensive.I like playing it by ear a little more than that when it comes to doing rotations.My holiday rotation will be using my new ChaLEAN Extreme DVDs. This will continue into 2009...beyond that I don't know...depends on how I feel and what I want/can do.
