Guest guest
Peanut butter is a healthy fat just like olive oil or avocado. It doesn't replace either protein or carbs in the meal. Enjoy it sparingly for flavor. > So what's the deal with peanut butter? Does it count as a protein or > carb? Guest guest
LOL! Read this just as I was going to make my pb sammy for lunch. Whew, glad to know I was already using w/w (real w/w) bread at only 50cals/slice, and no jelly. Not natural peanut butter, but getting there. > Nope, never noticed that. Guest guest
You also want to look at the sugar count. I use Smart Balance w/flaxseed oil. It is pretty low in sugar and it's " good " fat. I'm making a peanut butter jelly sandwich for lunch using 2Tbsp of peanut butter- is this okay?
