Tuesday workout

Hi,

This morning I did Slow & Heavy Chest & Back. I usually skip the superman's and the planks, but decided to make myself do the entire workout. Well, I skipped the pushups, but that was only because I couldn't do them after all the chest work. I've slacked on my pushup challenge this month. My schedule has been messed up so I'm not sure I'll be able to really get into it any more this month, but I'd like to make a point to do them next month.

Anyway, here is how S & H went for me.

(3 sets of 15 reps)

CHEST Bench Press DB 25/25/25 Flyes DB 20/20/20Incline Bench DB 20/20/20 Incline Flyes DB 20/15/15

Push-Ups (skipped)

BACK

Lat Row DB double arm-20 ( 1 set) single- 25 (sets 2 & 3) ~singles feel better for me~

Pullover DB 25/30/30 ~felt stronger here, but by the last set I was pushin~ Dead Lifts DB 25/25/25 (stayed with 2 down up 6 counts) 8 reps

Superman's Planks 1 Planks 2 Planks 3

Though the planks work the abs I didn't really feel like I got my abs worked all that much. Those planks aren't easy on the arms after all that weight work.
