Tonite I did a fantastic workout - Turbo Jam's Kickin' Core! The first half hour or so is R28, and I hadn't done this routine since I taught it when it first came out. Fun!! It's a cardio party workout all the way through the Turbo section.

The next 25 minutes or so utilizes a stability ball. You start with upper body, picking up the ball and using it for range of motion resistance. It was pretty effective. There was some lower body balance work with the ball, and also standing ab work and laying on the ball abwork. You also use the ball to stretch.

I adore Chalene and her cues and am always a little star struck every time I see her on film or talk to her on the phone or in person. She is just one of those magical people who can make anyone feel like a million bucks, and if it weren't for her I never would have lost 65 lbs! This was a virgin workout for me, and I'm so happy I chose this one for tonite!

Kickin' it,

Great job, !

I had my eye on this workout for the ball work, as I love my swiss

ball. But I didn't want to get *another* free ball so I've been

looking on ebay and the swap boards for the workouts without it.
