Guest guest Posted September 19, 2008 Report Share Posted September 19, 2008 Well, it’s been hard to fit in workouts, but I have managed to get them in. Wednesday I did two workouts on Demand TV – Sansone 1 Mile Boosted walk using my weighted gloves followed by a standing Pilates workout by the Firm which had Robin, , and Kelsie which I liked. Yesterday I took a 45 minute workout during my lunch time (it was beautiful out last night) and did a 20 minute upper body workout on On Demand with Whitmarsh that was also nice. TGIF!
