Vern I just had one yesterday

Had a guy come back in trying to get authorization for aggravation care. He was about 75% recovered from a fairly substantial t-spine sprain and was transferred into an MCO that required him to drive to either Salem (40 minutes) or Tualatin (30 min)..between the harrasment from his co-workers and the loss of wages and time he just called it a day and left care (mostly recovered)  instead of complying. But he never recovered (sadly) ...so now he is back trying to get some care with me (if possible). I'll try see if he wants to step up and say his story. He is a hard-working young man of few words though.
