Guest guest Posted October 22, 2008 Report Share Posted October 22, 2008 Last night I felt like a nice combination workout so I popped in Tracey Mallett’s Total Body Fat Burner and did all segments. There is a 5 minute warm up followed by 3 lower body cardio workouts that are 6 minutes each, followed by 4 – 6 minute upper body workouts which all used the stability ball which I love, finishing with a 6 minute stability ball ab workout and 4 minute yoga based stretch. Each of the lower body workouts consists of 3 circuits of 3 exercises – 2 work a specific portion of the lower body then 30 seconds of a cardio burst. The upper body follows the same pattern with two upper body exercises followed by an abdominal/core exercise.
