I have to work two jobs this week and so I'm going to be gone from like 7 am

-10 pm . So these aren't real creative. Suggestions welcome

Meals

1 Whey protein shake with blueberries, flax oil and spoon of yogurt.

2, 3, 4, Chicken, black beans and spinach salad.

5 chicken and a plum

Tomorrow:

1 whey protien shake with mixed fruit, flax oil and spoon of yogurt

2 eggs/oatmeal

3, 4 Brown rice, tofu, vege stirfry

5 tuna, no sugar added canned peaches.
