Guest guest
this morning i had plenty of time to do step it strong. this is a great workout that i often don't do mainly b/c its nearly 75 min long. it intervals stepping with weights. the weights are moderate to light and also has a heavier weight segment for some back and chest work then the rest is all abs. i didn't do all that well with the abs BUT considering i did them two days in a row prior,i cut myself some slack on that. the step cardio,to me anyway, is rather easy to follow. when i first did this workout i was new to the advanced stepping world so i was tripped up a little(mainly b/c cues were hard to follow, i didn't really know what a revolving door was!). but now its very easy to follow so that lends more of my focus on just flowing the moves for steady state cardio. the weight intervals focuses mostly on smaller upper body muscles like shoulders and arms then combined them with some leg movements. although some moves i heavied up on to make it harder, which in turn got my heart rate up and burned my muscles! the later segment of just weights did some back rows, chest flys, and pullovers then finished with a series of ab crunch variations and some pilates inspired movements. also did some back extensions and ends with stretching. i did a little extra for my back b/c there were plenty of combination movements so my abs/back were alot of focus DURING the workout as well as the end of it. keli roberts is pretty cool although i can't find a ton of workouts from hers i am interested in. this is a great one though and even though i don't do it often, i refuse to trade off or let it go in anyway. the cardio is not tricky but does the trick for good intervals. ldy_solana's fitness blogldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will
