Guest guest Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 Hi All!I just finished with Yoga Complete for Weight Loss: Intermediate - Metabolism Booster (1 hr). I didn't feel this was any more "intermediate" than the beginner practices I've done other that you hold 4 point staff pose (chatarunga plank position, which I couldn't do, I had to rest my thighs on the floor) and there was a Warrior 3 pose too which is always challenging.Donna you'll like that this instructor cues for the back and utilizes a chair for just that purpose for forward bends and I totally thought of you!What was nice is Deep Lake Pose at the end where you lay against the wall, legs going straight up the wall. Feels good on my lower back. Off to visit the Waiamea Canyon, the spot that receives the most rainfall in the world, then we are visiting a Hindu temple.Namaste!
