Sass,

Did you read the recent posts on putting a warm cloth soaked in Epsom salts on the thyroid at bedtime. I know there is a sulphation process in the thyroid gland so it would make sense to supplement with sulphate. Footbaths and full baths might fall physically short of getting to the thyroid.

sleep

Those of you that have children that don’t sleep well. What do you do with them? or what do they do when they’re supposed to be asleep? When Tom wakes in the small hours for the rest of the night we just watch video after video throughout the next day too sometimes if no therapist is coming and I’m too tired to move. When he won’t go to sleep at night I just keep going up every 5 or 10 mins to tell him to sleep. It’s no joke doing this for 4 hours on the trot. I’m not happy with either of these. Anyone got any suggestions? SARA
