Guest guest
M. and all, >More details are in a book called Eat to Live, by Dr. Fuhrman. I explored the suggestion given here of looking into this book. I'm curious about the calories and the protein. When I estimated the calories you ate in your 3 meals, it looked like 600 calories would have been a generous estimate. I barely saw any protein; only the tofu and the beans I subscribed to the Eat to Live digest, and don't see much protein or calories on any conversations. What to BFL women here think about that as a way of life??? I am not excited at all by it. Although I certainly admire your progress!! and your dedication!! However, after 2 1200 calorie weeks, with 3 days of Turbulence Training and 3 days of Jazzercise, and lots of water, the scale has still not moved and the pants are not looser, although my upper body is looking better. This is on top of 16 weeks total of being scrupulous about measuring and counting and exercising. Today I am very frustrated. Today also, I have my first appointment with an " aging " doctor, from other suggestions here, and the contact I have had with her so far was positive: she has heard of BFL and Eat Stop Eat and is a runner, (and hopefully lifts weights too....) I'll be updating you on what she says. Etana, age
