Guest guest
Yay, you made it to the end! A P90X graduate! Did you decide for certain what is next? I can see becoming nostalgic for Tony and the Kids. While Tony is annoying, I do like him at heart and I enjoy the way the workouts are structured. They are easy to follow for choreography challenged people such as me! I can see sticking with him longer than I can with the Slim Series, for example. I don't blame you for not wanting to commit to a longer term rotation for awhile. I say do your T-Tapp as a restorative / precautionary measure, then do whatever the heck you feel like for a couple of weeks! Firm! Mallet! I agree, Kenpo X will be much improved on the bag, and that is how I'm gonna work it next week! I think I'm going to repeat most of the workouts I did this week, only with some tweaks: Monday: Yoga X (but with my own music this time and the cues only option) Tuesday: Shoulders & Arms, only with heavier weights Wednesday: Kenpo X (but with bag and gloves) Thursday: instead of P90 Sweat I'll try Cardio X with Stretch X afterwards Friday: something not Tony, or maybe a rest day even - I might get the new Turbo Kick round (routine) and if I do, learning that will be top priority!
