I'm in the fat part of my cycle so I'm afraid to get on the scale! i gave into some pms cravings this week and I don't feel like I've lost anything this past couple of weeks, but i have lost 16 lbs since October. I'm getting stronger, which feels nice. I weigh myself at the gym on the weekends at 2 different clubs (naked, somewhat dehydrated from teaching, after teaching to get the lowest result!). What's really cool I've noticed lately is when I scrub my back with the back brush. It used to go solidly across, but now it hits 4 "bumps", meaning my shoulder muscles are more defined and popping through! I want a body like Kate on Lost or Jillian s - buff and healthy looking. NOT skinny, not that would EVER happen to me. I love food too much Today's goal: my coworkers are taking me and two other Aquarians out to Thai today for our birthdays ( I turn 40 on the 10th - yikes!) I usually get the red curry with tofu over rice with extra steamed brocoli on the side. The portion is big, but I eat it all in one sitting.
