Hi Everyone,

Today, to make up for my poor cardio workout yesterday, I did 's Walk Slim 2 Mile walk - much better than Debbie Rocker's workout from yesterday! :)

Afterwards I did Liz Gillies Target Tone Pilates - this one has 5 10 min segments - butt, thighs, arms, abs and total body. I only did 4 (skipping the total body workout). This one is a bit different than classical mat work - there are more "reformer" inspired exercises for variety.

So, all in all, not a bad session!

Hope everyone has a good day. Tomorrow I plan to get back on the TM (I'm thinking of using it more often again since it seems to be best for my back - the winning combo seems to be TM walking followed by Mat Pilates).
