I have one kitten that I named Abby because she wants to lay on my stomach whenever I do ab work. And my dogs think my yoga mat is their bed. I'm always cleaning dog hair off of it. I suppose thats better then the cats fluffing it. I don't have PM Yoga, but it sounds like one I'll want to get for the new year. Tonya Yummy Yoga I've been doing yoga only for the past few days. I had planned on doing a kettlebell workout, but woke up still feeling stiff from last week's intense stress. My shoulders felt too tight to swing a kettlebell yet. I did PM yoga again because that one seems to stretch my mid back and shoulders really well. Now I feel so relaxed! Now I'm ready to go to work and get stressed out, LOL.Why is it that my little kitty always loves to get underneath me when I do down dog? She nuzzles my face.
