Guest guest Posted September 24, 2008 Report Share Posted September 24, 2008 morning all,did 10 min. trainer cardio with tony. quite sport specific easy to follow stuff. keeps you moving the full 10 minutes so no time wasted. uses some space but not alot. mostly for circle runs where my 7x7 space was plenty to get it going. i don't have the door attachment like the female was using so i followed tony without the resistance. not sure how to modify the waist/door attachment for cardio but not really worried. doesn't seem like i would get the same range of motion anyway. i was going to do core cardio but just running out of time so i jumped right to amy's 10 min. solution tone trouble zones stretch. i am still interested in her 10 min. solution hot body bootcamp but just can't spend any money on myself for non-essentials right now. i am sure at some point i will get it. i like her in 10 min. workouts gets alot in for short amount of time which is what i need right now. the stretch really focused on total body but more on lower which after doing tony cardio, i needed. hopefully my job won't undo all that stretching from this morning. have a great hump day kassia ldy_solana's domainScouting for All Too many people spend money they haven't earned to buy things they don¢t want to impress people they don¢t like.-Will Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
