Guest guest
Today I did Cathe's Step, Jump, and Pump - the premix of hi/lo and weights. that's a fun one. The hi/lo will really keep your heart rate up there. ~**~~**~Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
Guest guest
Hi . It was okay - just 15 mins long, so while I could feel it in some muscles, it was not a Cathe workout. It's more lower weights, I think. LOL It couldn't have that great if I've already forgotten the details! I needed something less intense that day, so it fit the bill. The abs section is 10 mins long, and really good...(but you have to fast-forward through the lower-body stuff; no chapters) Today I did Cathe's Step, Jump, and Pump - the premix of hi/lo and weights. Fun workout - not quite enough weights, though, for my weights day. Some of the aerobic sections totally lost me, but I enjoyed what I could do. :-) Man, can I feel it in my legs, even after doing it all low-impact! Finished up with the Core section of Gin 's Simply Circuit - not the best ab section I've ever done, but okay. This afternoon I walked on the tmill for 20 minutes. I'm trying to keep up with Jen! <g> -----Original Message-----From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ]On Behalf Of Pink Pussycat Hey ! How was that upper body section of SBS? Did you feel adequately worked out? Is it high reps lower weights, or heavy weights and fewer reps? Thanks! I'm always looking for upper body only ideas!
