Monday - 10 min of /Pilates

Hi,

I woke up a little later than I normally do this morning thanks to DD crying at 2:00 a.m. - GRR! But I got going by 5:30 and did a 10 minute mile with Sansone (from her 5 mile walk - I just picked the fastest mile). Then, I did Pilates for Weight Loss w/ Suzanne Deason. I like this one because there is a lot of form instruction - and I seem to "get" Suzanne's cues, etc. Overall, a good Pilates workout - although definately on the easier side for me. There are three levels of modification shown w/ Suzanne showing the most advanced level.
