I hope everyone that can afford it gets it because there is an encouraging word from Bill each day that helps me so much. It took me a long time to get it because I was printing everything from the website but I'm very glad I did. Well everyone another week almost completed! Yaaa!! Progression not Perfection. I met another person in the gym this week who is doing the program!! A friend and I did the 6 week body makeover 4 years ago. I lost 41 pounds in 12 weeks and she lost 45 in 6 months. We both gained all the weight back because it was too restrictive (no salt, no oil, no sugar) So after trying to do it again over the 4 years I realized that it's just too restrictive. I've been doing BFL for about 28 weeks now and I've never done anything this long before. I just love it. I'm not a slave to the scale anymore which has helped me be more relaxed. So of course I'm trying to persuade her to get on board. I refuse to work hard again and gain all the weight back. I have close in my closest from 4 years ago that still have the tags on them that I was never able to wear. No more fad diets, no more letting the scale determined how I feel about myself, etc. This journey has definitely been more mental for me in the beginning. I can't see doing anything else, I told her that I'd given all my other diet books away because I have found the One! I'm 218.5, 5'8 and a size 14 due to this plan. Before when I was this weight I was a size 18/20! So muscle makes a difference! For some reason I haven't lost a lot of pounds but I've lost inches.
