Personally, I LOVE the effect of squats, lunges, and

deadlifts. Even with bodyweight only, the effect on

my lower body is fast.

Squats, all varieties. Lunges; all varieties. Deadlifts; all varieties,

but especially sldl. Doing these have really raised my bootay up. Some

secondary exercises that help are knee extensions, hamstring curls,

cable kickbacks, calf raises, inner and outer thigh lifts, stepups.

Can you tell I love working legs? But definitely the first 3 will do

tremendous things to the bootay and legs.
