Hi,

Since tomorrow is my rest day - I'll report in now, it

turned out to be a decent week in spite of lack of

motivation from the holidays and some post- holiday

blues:

Sunday - P90X Chest & Back (Half); P90X Legs (skipped

the back parts).

Monday - Turbo Jam Kick, Punch & Jam (I want to say I

did something else as well, but I can't remember what

it might have been...)

Tuesday - Rest - sort of a " Holidays are almost over

blue day "

Wed - Transformation through Kundalini Yoga w/ April

Bernardi (I give it an " eehhh " rating, not great, not

bad, but not one I would recommend rushing out to buy)

Thurs - Back in gear - Cardio X (minus the core stuff)

and Core Synergistics

Friday - Women's Health Train for Your Body Type -

Cardio, Kickbox and Core sections, P90X Shoulders &

arms " halfsie "

Most days I added on T-Tapp as my warm-up/stretch and

often did some stretching on my own.

My household is asleep (DH is sick, I'm terrified he's

gonna give it to me!) now and I *should* do yoga, but

I really want to lay on the couch and read a book or

watch some mindless TV - I so rarely have control of

the remote - it is either DD or DH who picks the

shows. Pretty sad, isn't it?

Take care!

Donna
